Contact me on the button below to order your hearts. Please be careful to enter your email address correctly.

Mothers’ Day Pocket Hugs

We face a different Mothers’ Day this year as we may have been apart from our Mothers for a year. Although I met my daughters during easing in 2020 I wasn’t able to give them a hug. So here is an idea for your Mothers, or sisters, fathers, favourite Aunties or your GP.

These beautiful hand made hearts are smooth to feel and gorgeous to look at. They are available in other colours too. A lovely reminder of someone who cares about them.

They are £5.00 each, including p&p to the UK.

New Website

At last I’ve become all grown up and developed my website. At the moment I am concentrating on advertising my workshops through it. In time I will start to add glass pieces for sale. I have a lot of workshops on offer and one especially for glass artists.

If you are a glass artists and would like to have a go at pulling your own stringers, curving them into shapes, or making your own twisties (two or three coloured stringers twisted together) then this is for you. I do not have a vitrigraph kiln but a lampwork torch. You actually get to handle and manipulate hot glass – safely!

I also offer group workshops – several using mosaics and one mug decorating. If you’re looking for a craft activity for your group – once Covid is over – please have a look at these.

Meanwhile, keep well

Hearts, hearts and more hearts

I have had fun playing on my lampworking torch. It has taken me three weeks of ppp (practice, practice, practice), lots of problem solving (due to rapid cooling issues – the bead, not the weather!) and several views of the video to make something presentable. However, I’m sure you’ll think these worthwhile. They are about the size of a 50 pence piece.

They are all presented in a gift box and have an 18″ ,silver plated snake chain. They come in lots of colour combinations – these four are just a few.

Price: £10.00 + p&p.

Summer Garden Scenes

I have been having fun making the following pieces. They are made up from several different techniques, brought together in a gentle fuse in the kiln. There are 4 different designs.

The designs are 16cm x 16cm and are available in Delphinium blue, Hot colours, Lavender and Sea scene.

If you’d like to grab one of these super pieces for £20 each please get in touch at:

News for 2021

My first thing to do this year (other than staying at home!) is to rework my website, please be patient and come back in a few week’s time when I’m hoping to have it all sparkly.

I am working in my studio – fortunately in the garden so I’m allowed to do that. I’m working on hearts in many forms. I’ll post more photos when I have some completed work.

Lampwork hearts

I am also booking lots of craft fairs about which I will keep my fingers crossed!

Take care

Real craft fairs to come

I am so excited that I have a craft fair booked for next Saturday and a craft market for next Sunday.

I will be taking my lovely fused glass, including Christmas trees, to Burford next Saturday. It’s in Warwick Hall from 10am to 4pm. The Hall is warm and spacious but please wear your mask.

On Sunday I will be at Bicester Business Park for a craft market,

10am – 5pm, Telford Road, Bicester OX26 4LD

Do come along and get festive with live craft makers.

Thank you everyone for your support during 2020, an interesting year for all of us.

Virtual Marketplaces

I am very excited to announce that I will be taking part in Banbury ArtFest via the Shopappy website from 14th – 28th November. This is a rare opportunity to see some of my larger pieces of work as well as some smaller pieces – including Christmas decorations. I rarely take these larger pieces to craft fairs because there isn’t room but now they will all be on show.

The site doesn’t go live until Saturday but you can access it here:

Cosy Creative Crafts

or via the Shopappy website – search for Banbury and then Artfest.

More news to come

2020 Winter Brochure

Here is my new brochure for this winter as we seem to be more virtual than ever.

Way to buy: See the item, email me at and you can either transfer the money straight into my bank or I can take payments on my card reader.

I will then post the piece to you or you can collect it from Little Bourton, Banbury – we can effectively do ‘click and collect’!

If you see something but it’s not in your colour it may be possible for me to make one especially for you.

I am very excited to be part of Banbury Art Fest – hosted by Shopappy (Banbury). It runs from 14th – 28th November.

Meanwhile, all ‘in person’ fairs are cancelled during November but I am keeping my fingers crossed for December – more about those later on.

Take care everyone
