If you are looking for somewhere to go over the weekend in the rain then look no further than Milton Keynes shopping centre. In the Middleton Hall (outside John Lewis) there is a Vintage and Craft Fair, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I will be there with my glass, including Christmas decorations. This is an opportunity to see most of my ‘lines’ as I have a large market stall to exhibit my glass.
Unfortunately, the fair at Stoneleigh has been cancelled but I will be going to Hanwell for their HanFestive in the church on Sunday 28th November instead.

This weekend sees the amazing Art in the Park event in Leamington Spa. Last time I attended it was a scorching weekend for both weather and visitors. This weekend’s weather is going to be changable but the crowd can still be scorching, so come along.
I will be in my gazebo (site 51) in Mill Gardens, back to back with a neighbour who is a photographer. My daughter is coming to help out and I’m really looking forward to a super weekend.
I’m delighted to be coming to a couple of venues nearer home in the next two weeks.
Sunday 18th, 10-12.30am at The Cherwell School, Oxford
Friday to Sunday 23rd-25th at The Equestrian Centre, Aston-le-Walls.
I’ll have lots of lovely glass to sell, including glass penguins, ducks, hearts. It’ll also be a great opportunity to book a workshop with me in fused glass, mosaics or lampworking (making glass beads).
Especially for the Equestrian Centre, I have made some glass horseshoes – useless for a horse to wear but great to hang on the wall!. I’ll be taking orders for personalised horseshoes, so you can have your name, your horse’s name or your house name on it.
I’m taking my glass to Middleton Hall, Milton Keynes Shopping Centre this weekend (outside John Lewis). Another new venue for me so I look forward to selling lots of hearts for Father’s Day and colourful household items…maybe the odd art piece too. The Fair is open 9am-6pm Saturday and 10.30am – 5pm Sunday.
At last, an in-person craft fair this weekend (before covid we didn’t need words like’in-person’!). I am taking my glass to the Living Crafts Event at Cirencester Park, Saturday to Monday this weekend. It looks like it will be a super event with both demonstrations and goodies to buy from real craftspeople. Tickets are on sale at: Handmade British craft, A Bank holiday Cotswolds craft experience. | Living Crafts AND the weather is going to be perfect….not too hot, not too wet, just right!
I will be showing my new creations as well as some well known favourites.
Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces – although you might have to introduce yourselves as masks make recognition really difficult.
These Dragonflies are one of my latest projects I have been making to be ready for some craft fairs that are now approaching very fast.
They measure 16cm x 14cm and come in a variety of lovely colours. I make nuggets all the time in my kiln so it was lovely to use them on these beauties.
By the way, what is the collective name for dragonflies?
I am able to hold workshops again, thank goodness. So, if you’d like to get out and try something new come and have a play with glass or mosaics and create something special.
We have to be Covid safe so : please wear a mask or visor, the studio will be laid out three days before your workshop so all tools will be clean, hand gel is available, drinks will be offered but feel free to bring your own. I also have separate toilet facilities for guests.
I am available most Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and some weekends so please use the Contact button below to make enquiries.
If you’d like to explore the workshops I offer click on the Workshops-Introduction button.
